Adult Education

Jewish education is a life long process which offers new insights and understandings at every turn. Whether you are studying parashat hashavua - the Torah portion of the week), debating questions of (kashrut - keeping kosher), or learning the proper way to prepare for (Pesach - Passover), adult education at Temple Beth Abraham offers something for learners of all levels and interests.

Coffee Connection

Join us on Sunday mornings, 9:15-10:15 am for Coffee Connection, a stimulating discussion of some very interesting Jewish writing.

The language will be provocative and the whole experience will really jumpstart your Sunday morning. You won’t want to miss this.

TORAH READING CLASS FOR ADULTS

Monday evenings from 8:00-9:00pm, beloved teacher of Torah, Judy Sokolove will be teaching a class for adults who want to learn to read Torah on Monday evening January 29th. This class will focus on the trope (notes) of Torah reading and how to apply them to the text. A working knowledge of Hebrew reading is suggested.
